The following documents are needed to obtain septic design and permits for Comal, Guadalupe (Seguin), Hays, Kendall and Bexar (San Antonio) Counties:
(These are also forms and information needed by our engineer to design your septic system.) |

Plot plan or survey of land showing all dimensions, easements and flood plain. Shows location of: home (if not stakes or built), pools, outbuildings, driveways, parking pad, etc.

Recorded warranty deed in homeowner's name (faxed copies are okay).

Square feet of living space and number of bedrooms.

911 address (call County Road Office to obtain address).

For aerobic systems only -- Affidavit to public form with signatures notarized and service agreement. Forms will be furnished by installer. |
